Our Story

With over eight years as a professional rugby player, I’ve lived and breathed elite performance, winning top-level 15’s competitions in addition to multiple Elite 7’s tournaments, and I’m still “walking the talk” on the field today.

 

I hold a degree in Business and am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, combining academic knowledge with hands-on experience in training, performance, and recovery at the highest level. My journey has been shaped not only by success but also by resilience, having come back stronger from five separate operations.

 

I know what it takes to rebuild from injury, adapt, and return to peak performance, whether starting from two weeks of complete bed rest or fine-tuning an already competitive body.

 

Training has always been my outlet, a way to stay mentally strong through challenges, and I’ve seen first-hand how powerful fitness can be physically, mentally, and emotionally.

 

My mission is to help others unlock their full potential, with every programme built on the principles of elite performance, adaptability, and sustainable progress.

Our qualifications

With a strong foundation in both professional sport and academic study, I bring a unique blend of practical and theoretical expertise to personal training.

  • Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer – Certified to design, deliver, and adapt effective training programs for all fitness levels.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business – Equipping me with strong organizational and client management skills to provide a professional training experience.

  • Eight Years as a Professional Rugby Player – First-hand experience in high-performance environments, including elite tournaments in both 15’s and 7’s rugby.

  • Specialist in Performance & Recovery – Proven ability to guide athletes and clients through injury rehabilitation, adaptation, and return to peak fitness.

  • Mental Resilience & Adaptability – Gained through overcoming five major operations and returning stronger, applying those lessons to client training.

These qualifications, combined with years of hands-on practice, allow me to deliver training that is effective, sustainable, and tailored to individual needs.

coaching philosophy

My coaching philosophy is built on three core principles: elite performance, adaptability, and sustainability. Every client is unique, and my approach focuses on creating training plans that meet individual goals while encouraging long-term growth.

I believe in combining the discipline and mindset of professional sport with practical, science-backed methods. Training should not only build strength and fitness but also resilience, confidence, and mental well-being.

Having experienced both success and setbacks as a professional athlete, I know the importance of patience, consistency, and adaptability. Whether guiding a beginner or fine-tuning an advanced athlete, my goal is to empower each client to push beyond limitations and discover their full potential.
